• 內在生命讀經法：學習靈修式讀經、禱讀式讀經，更深入理解並背誦聖經真理。
• 晨更與晚禱：每天清晨與晚上透過敬拜與等候，經歷神的同在。

二、 領袖訓練：成為改變世界的器皿

•  領袖的品格與使命：建造屬靈領袖應具備的品格，例如誠實忠心、僕人心志等。認識神做事的法則，並找到自己的異象和使命。
• 如何爭戰禱告：透過深度禱告工作坊，學習如何突破屬靈堅壘，釋放心靈的壓制，為神贏得靈魂。 
• 如何帶領聚會：學習如何開拓並建立不同類型聚會的技巧，例如小組查經、禱告祭壇、福音外展等。

實作練習：

• 小組帶領實習：分成小組實操帶領小組破冰遊戲、讀經禱告，分享信息，由輔導員給予回饋和指導。
• 內在生活操練：提供實用的內在生活教材工具與資源，如何熟悉並應用開拓新的內在生活小組。

三、 蒙福行動：傳揚福音的大能

• 發掘恩賜：透過評估和引導，發現聖靈所賜的恩賜與熱情，將其轉化為服事他人的動力。
• 如何門訓他人：學習門徒訓練的原則和方法，興起門徒成為能帶領慕道友認識耶穌基督的領袖。
• 禱告祭壇策劃與執行：分組策劃和執行進到公園商場敬拜禱告和傳揚福音，培養領導力和團隊合作。

實作練習：

• 信心之旅：參與挑戰性的登山活動，幫助青年突破自我，建立信心，並學習彼此扶持、同心協力。
• 每月一次小組帶領評估：一月一次的線上聚集，分享實際帶領小組的情況，由牧者給予關鍵的幫助。

I. Spiritual Formation: Following in the Footsteps of the Lord

• The Example of Jesus: Study the Biblical scriptures about Jesus' ways of living to discern God's calling, the price and the rewards of the Kingdom.
• The Life of a Disciple: Grow the characteristics of a disciple, including self-denial, obedience, humility, self-discipline, and spiritual warfare.
• Becoming an Assistant to the Leader: Learn how to cooperate and serve with spiritual authority, and react to God's molding and building in difficult circumstances.

• Inner Life Bible Study Method: Learn contemplative and prayerful Bible study methods, gain a deeper understanding of the scripture, and memorize biblical truths.
• Morning and Evening Devotions: Experience God's presence through worship and waiting every morning and evening.

II. Leadership Training: Becoming Vessels to Change the World

• Leader's Character and Mission: Build the characters necessary as spiritual leaders, including honesty, faithfulness, and a servant's heart. Understand the principle of God's work and discover your vision and mission.
• How to Engage in Spiritual Warfare Prayer: Learn how to break through spiritual strongholds, release mental oppression, and win souls for God through deep prayer workshops.
• How to Lead a Spiritual Gathering: Learn techniques for initiating and building various types of spiritual gatherings, including small group Bible studies, prayer altars, and evangelistic outreaches.

• Small Group Leadership Practicum: Practice leading small groups with icebreakers, Bible study, prayer, and message sharing, with feedback and guidance from counselors.
• Inner life training: Provides practical inner life teaching tools and resources, on how to become familiar with and apply to starting new inner life groups.

III. Blessings in Actions: Proclaiming the Power of the Gospel

• Discovering Spiritual Gifts: Through assessments and guidance, discover your Spiritual gifts and passions and transform them into motivation to serve others.
• How to Disciple Others: Learn the principles and methods of discipleship, raising disciples who can lead seekers to know Jesus Christ.
• Prayer Altar Planning and Execution: Plan and execute worship, prayer, and evangelism in parks and shopping malls in groups, cultivating leadership and teamwork.

Practical Exercises:

• Journey of Faith: Participate in challenging mountain climbing activities to help young people break through their limits, build confidence, and learn to support and cooperate with each other.
• Monthly Small Group Leadership Evaluation: Gather online once a month to share experiences leading small groups, receiving key assistance from pastors.
